This webcast publicly introduces the audience to America’s secret war. On October 21, 1971, President Nixon appointed William H. Rehnquist as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States with a secret agenda: the Supreme Court’s historic exercise of supervisory powers jurisdiction to correct Informal Capital Market Cartel (ICMC) illegal conduct in the courts. The ICMC retaliated against Nixon by orchestrating, inter alia, the June 17, 1972 Watergate break-in.
Historically, the objective of ICMC economic policies is to centralize its control over global resource allocation. To this end and to build a war chest to defend against the Supreme Court’s supervisory powers assault, the ICMC orchestrated ERISA’s enactment on September 2, 1974. Today, total pre-tax retirement plan assets exceed the national debt, giving evidence to the economic power of centralized control over capital market asset allocation. Importantly, retirement plan industry participants now have an ethical ERISA policy compliance responsibility to supplant the Court’s supervisory powers agenda. This webcast explains.
