Charles E. Hallam has over 35 years of investment and financial management experience.  Mr. Hallam specializes in developing comprehensive financial planning solutions for individual high net worth investors. Part of Mr. Hallam’s practice involves working with the attorneys of clients involved with Medicare and Medicaid situations for those disabled as the result of major personal injuries sustained from catastrophic accidents. 

 

Mr. Hallam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPAs and the Dallas Chapter of CPAs.  Mr. Hallam began his career with Main Hurdman andCranstonin 1979 prior to its merger with KPMG.  He has owned his own CPA firm. He was a CFO of many private companies before joining Morgan Stanley in 1993. Mr. Hallam performs reviews of continuing education courses for CPAs for the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

 

He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in Accounting.  He has done advanced studies in investing at The Wharton School,UniversityofPennsylvania. 

 

His community service includes being commissioner of under six girls’ soccer in Coppell as well as support for non-profits including Ursuline Academy of Dallas, The Children of Uganda, Aidmatirx and Wings World Quest. 

 

Charles and his wife Irene have three daughters Katy, Kristina and Kara.
