Approximately 50% of all marriages end in divorce. That means some of your clients, often where you have represented both husband and wife, will certainly go through this often highly emotional and difficult process. Our panel will explore the tax, accounting and other technical issues that arise when people separate and, ultimately, divorce. In addition, these experts will discuss and explain your client’s emotions and fears that accompany divorce so you are better able to understand and represent them.
